INTRODUCTION
DICK'S Sporting Goods Park field complex consists of 23 full-size, fully lit sports fields (21 natural grass and 2 synthetic turf), the Rapids’ practice pitch (gated, but not lit), and 15 expansive parking lots. The natural grass fields are available for rent to the public from April – Mid-October, weather permitting. The synthetic turf fields and parking lots are available for rent to the public year-round.
The fields at the complex feature full lighting for both day and nighttime use, as well as permanent restrooms, water, and concession stands. The parking lots at the complex feature full lighting as well.

DICK’S Sporting Goods Park hosts youth & adult activities on the fields including practices, leagues, tournaments, & special events of all types and sizes. The complex additionally serves as the home of the highly competitive Colorado Rapids Developmental Academy, well known for its homegrown development of multiple players on the U.S. Men’s National Team.
The 21 multi-purpose grass fields are made up of locally grown Kentucky Bluegrass while the 2 synthetic turf fields are comprised of DESSO DNA X60. All the complex’s fields are regularly lined for regulation soccer field usage. The fields can also be uniquely configured to accommodate most layouts and dimensions for specific event requirements (example: 3v3 soccer, football, boys or girls lacrosse, etc.). NOTE: Additional striping, painting, and/or labor fees may apply for this service.

The stadium at DICK’S Sporting Goods Park is home to the Colorado Rapids professional soccer team of Major League Soccer. The stadium pitch is 120x75 yards of Kentucky Bluegrass that is grown right here in Colorado. The stadium seats 18,350 guests for sporting events and can be adjusted to accommodate up to 25,000 for larger events like festivals and concerts.
DICK’S Sporting Goods Park regularly hosts special events such as the U.S. Men’s and Women’s National Soccer Teams’ international matches, international lacrosse matches, and international rugby matches, just to name a few. The Park also works with the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) to regularly provide an opportunity for local school teams to play state championships and other high-level matches in a professional setting under the stadium lights. Every summer you can also find exciting concert events at DSGP including the annual multi-day Phish tour over Labor Day Weekend.

DICK’S Sporting Goods Park contains 15 fully-paved parking lots with nearly 5,000 paved spaces, totaling up to 1,500,000 square feet of rentable space. In addition, 5 expansive dirt lots are available on the West and South sides of the complex.
The complex parking lots are available to rent for a wide variety of activities to host your next event. Commonly used for motorcycle, car, and truck driver training courses, the lots are also host to regular 5K races many times a year.
